End of Summer HairCare
With summer coming to an end soon, we need to get back into a healthy hair routine. Summer brings heat, constantly wearing your hair up, and chlorine damage. You never think about it until the future but the summer makes people lose there typical routines and healthy hair.
So start with keeping up with washing your hair 2-3 times a week. Use a moisture rich shampoo and conditioner to add in some extra moisture that the sun is stealing from you.
Also change up where you put your ponytail or topknot. Keeping your hair tied up in the same spot all the time can cause some serious tension and breakage where the hair tie is.
Lastly, If you spent this summer in chlorinated pools everyday, use a clarifying shampoo to reduce buildup on your hair. Also use a deep treatment at least once a week to rejuvenate the moisture and health in your hair.
